Individual Profiles
Understand yourself first
Your Perfect Teams® profile identifies your core character and helps you understand how you naturally communicate, process information, make decisions and work with others.
It also begins to reveal where you may naturally connect and where you may need to adapt.
Individual profiles start from £72 + VAT.
Volume pricing is available for organisations profiling larger numbers of people.
Volume Pricing
This is based on volume and frequency.
For one profile, the investment is £72 (exclusive of VAT).
As more profiles are bought and used, the pricing level reduces, as can be seen in the table below.

Team Workshops
Put the team in the room
An individual profile creates understanding.
A Team Map makes the dynamics of the whole team visible.
A workshop turns that understanding into conversation, insight and action.
Perfect Teams® workshops can be built around the size of your team and the capability you need to develop.
Workshops start from £192 per person + VAT, with reduced per-person pricing for larger groups.

Workshop T&Cs

Workshop fees are payable in full in advance. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for any additional costs associated with delivery, including:
- Venue and room hire, AV equipment and catering
- Facilitator travel expenses
- Carriage of materials and resources to and from the venue
- Printing and production costs
- Reasonable subsistence where required
- Overnight accommodation where necessary for early-morning delivery or multi-day programmes
Any additional costs will be agreed with the client in advance wherever possible.
